Description

PANTOCARE-DSR is a combination of pantoprazole and domperidone used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), acid reflux, gastritis, peptic ulcers, and dyspepsia associated with nausea or vomiting. Pantoprazole reduces stomach acid production, while domperidone improves gastric emptying and helps relieve nausea, vomiting, bloating, and fullness.
 Potential Side Effects:
 • Headache • Dry mouth • Diarrhea or constipation • Abdominal pain • Nausea • Dizziness • Rare allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling) • Domperidone may rarely cause abnormal heart rhythm (QT prolongation), especially in older adults or when taken with certain other medicines.
