Omeprazole 20 mg + Domperidone 10 mg

Description
This combination is used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), acid reflux, gastritis, peptic ulcers, and dyspepsia associated with nausea or vomiting. Omeprazole reduces stomach acid production, while domperidone enhances gastric emptying and helps relieve nausea, bloating, and fullness. Potential Side Effects: • Headache • Dry mouth • Nausea • Diarrhea or constipation • Abdominal pain • Dizziness • Rash or allergic reactions (rare) • Domperidone may rarely cause abnormal heart rhythm (QT prolongation), especially in susceptible patients.
