Description

Oral cephalosporin antibiotic used to treat susceptible bacterial infections, including respiratory tract infections, ear infections, urinary tract infections, throat infections, and other infections caused by sensitive bacteria. It works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis. Potential Side Effects: Diarrhoea, Nausea, Vomiting, Abdominal discomfort, Indigestion, Skin rash, and allergic reactions; Rarely, severe hypersensitivity reactions or antibiotic-associated colitis.
