Description

Losartan is an antihypertensive medicine used to treat high blood pressure, reduce the risk of stroke in selected patients, and protect kidney function in patients with diabetes and hypertension. It works by blocking angiotensin II receptors, causing blood vessel relaxation and lowering blood pressure.
 Potential Side Effects: Dizziness, Headache, Fatigue, Low blood pressure, Increased potassium level (hyperkalaemia), and changes in kidney function; rarely, Allergic reactions or angioedema.
