Description

Montelukast is an anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory medicine used for the prevention and long-term control of asthma symptoms and for relief of allergic rhinitis symptoms. It works by blocking leukotriene receptors, reducing airway inflammation and allergy-related symptoms.
 Potential Side Effects: Headache, Abdominal pain, Nausea, Diarrhoea, Fatigue, Diizziness, and sleep disturbances; rarely, Mood or behaviour changes, Allergic reactions, or liver enzyme changes.
