Description

Spiroshin is used for the management of conditions such as hypertension, heart failure, oedema associated with liver or kidney disease, and hyperaldosteronism. It works by blocking aldosterone activity, helping the body remove excess fluid while retaining potassium.
 Potential Side Effects: Increased potassium level (hyperkalaemia), Dizziness, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach discomfort, Diarrhoea, Menstrual irregularities, Breast tenderness/enlargement, and increased urination; Rarely, allergic reactions.
